Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns & exchanges of item(s) within 10 days of your purchase. You must
e-mail info@mommies-poppies.com to obtain return authorization for your item(s). Your
item(s) must be in "ready-to-sell" condition and contain all original product packaging,
accessories, tags and enclosures. For hygienic reasons, the following health & personal
care item(s) cannot be returned after purchase: breast/bra pads, worn, soiled, or
laundered bras, manual & electric breast pumps, milk collection kits, replacement parts,
and underwear. Bras can be returned for exchange only with return authorization. If an
item is returned without a return authorization it will be returned to you at your
expense. We will make no exceptions to this Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Instructions for the return of your item(s) will be provided by e-mail along with your
return authorization. Item(s) authorized for return are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Return your item(s) in a sturdy, secure box. We recommend the box used to ship your
item(s). Any return parcel received in a paper mailer will be refused. You are responsible
for postage, insurance, and tracking of your return parcel. After receipt of your return
parcel, we will issue a credit for your item(s), less any restocking fee, within 30
business days. Delivery service fees including rush delivery services are
non-refundable.
To cancel or modify your order, please notify us
immediately. For orders placed online, a confirmation is sent via e-mail that allows
you to immediately cancel or modify your order. For telephone orders, you may modify your
order within one hour of the transaction. You may also refuse your order upon receipt and
"return to sender" for credit, less delivery service fees and a 25% restocking fee. You
must e-mail
and indicate the reason for refusal of your order.
